Our designers are readily available for our customer’s technical questions
regarding the parts aligning.
Their job is not only to design but to assist our customer’s manufacturing
・ Material Sizing / Finishing
Full sized Resin based boards are cut and finished to appropriate sizes.
Hundreds of boards are constantly in stock.
While most of the inventory is new, some boards are aged or annealed for
the purpose of long term stability.
・ Machining Room
units of Machining Centers are utilized to process resin based boards and
・ Tool Maintenance Room
Cutting tools are sometimes modified accordingly with the materials.
It is constantly re-sharpened to maintain the accuracy and precision.
・ Cleaning Room
The chemicals used to clean the pallets are environmentally friendly.
The cleaning process is done in three basic steps by one machine: ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing and drying.
・ Engraving and Finishing
All products are engraved with customer’s identification as well as drawing
Pins and bushing are assembled in this room.
・ Assembly Room
The Part Aligners are all assembled within the factory.
All the components are inspected prior to assembly to insure the quality of our products.
Fully assembled machines are run for two consecutive days before shipment.
・ Inspection Room
Quality control is strictly enforced by
using inspection machines such as three dimensional measuring instruments.
・ Testing Room
The machines and pallets are tested for
maximum performance before shipment.
